Had a technician from C & E come to my home to check on problem I had with a refrigerator I purchased from Lowes. The young mans name is Ray and he was friendly, knew the product inside and out, found the problem and told me exactly what had to be done. Referred by Samsung-C & E called as had an earlier appointment available. Technician was professional and realized the need to have the refrigerator working as this was the hottest day so far this year. He worked quickly and answered questions regarding adding food to the frig. Great service!

This company has by far the worst service of any repair company I have ever used. The are the authorized provider for Lowes so if you need a repair make sure you ask for a different repair service. They have a habit of not showing up for appointments and ordering the wrong parts as well as lying about backorder status. They are utterly incompetent and to make matters worse the receptionist if condescending and rude. If I could give negative stars I would! In the process of filing a consumer protection and better business bureau claim.
