Do not EVER order anything from the 365 Garage Door Parts. I made an error on my order and got the wrong length (7 foot instead of 8 foot). It was past the 30 day Amazon window when we realized the problem. I called their customer service number and was told "WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES." Wow, I was going to give them more money and they said absolutely not. I would never, ever, ever order from them again. Horrible woman on the phone actually hung up on me. I hope they never see another dime from Amazon customers ever again.
