MCM is a closely held Florida-based corporation founded in 1983 specializing in the business of general contracting in the South Florida area. The company brings to its construction projects experience and expertise, complementing its three approaches to construction, competitive bidding, design to build and construction management. The ownership and top management of the corporation is in the Munilla family whose construction background dates back to 1940 when it pioneered construction methodology and systems specializing in precast, prestressed and heavy structural construction in Cuba. The ethics and standards of the previous generation are engraved in the current management team and are MCM's cornerstones.
