it is a shame that this is the only laundromat in South Lyon.
Employees are very rude, they watch annoying soap operas even when you ask them to change it to anything but that!
The doors do not swing, so you set your basket down, open door, pick up basket, very bad for handicap people!
It costs at least 25.00 to do 3 loads, no centrifuge to spin excess water, so takes FOREVER to dry!!!
I now drive to Brighton, will never go there again, wish someone would open another in the area, these people are clueless about customer service and most for your $$!!!

I want to make sure and give this place what they deserve! I accidently posted 5 stars previously and meant fornit to be 1 star. This place is AWFUL. The staff is rude, rude, rude! I had the awful misfortune of talking to Becky who also says She is the owner. I have a hard time believing an owner of a business would be that nasty. The place is also filthy and way overpriced.

Awfull..Old machines. Dryers that cut out and overheat. They do not turn the air conditioning on till late in the afternoon if at all on 80 degree days that feel like 90's with the dryers all going at once. They left the front door open once with the mosquitoes came in all night. Some of the staff are rude and insulting. Owner is rude and mean. Forget it if you have a problem in there. They lie and cheat you out of money refunds. I will never go back. Really poor service. When a dryer over heated and cut out, they try to say it was my fault,that I over filled it. It was a super large blanket dryer I had one fourth full ..

Facilities work well. Unfortunately it is not cost effective to use them. Price per lb to drop off is 1.25 per lb that is way too costly.

Made the mistake of going in when the owner was working. What an unpleasant, nasty witch. Too bad somebody with a personality doesn't buy this place. Time for me to invest in a washer and dryer so I don't have to put up with that.

I love how the staff is so friendly and how the store is kept so clean. The commercials on the local cable are very funny as well.
