The VNA of Eastern Massachusetts and the Visiting Nurse Assisted Living Community are committed to serving you.Established in 1906 to provide nursing, health care and other support to underprivileged women and children, the Visiting Nurse Association of Eastern Massachusetts and the Visiting Nurse Assisted Living Community play an important role in Somerville, Arlington, Belmont, Burlington, Cambridge, Charlestown, Chelsea, East Boston, Everett, Lexington, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Reading, Revere, Stoneham, Wakefield, Waltham, Watertown, Winchester, Winthrop and Woburn.The VNA's mission is to provide comprehensive, high quality, community based services to the families in our communities at all stages of life through our comprehensive Home Health Care programs and our unique Assisted Living Community, for seniors who need a little extra help to stay in the comfort and dignity of their own home.Whether you or a family member needs help during illness, after surgery or injury, or has a long term disability which requires our assistance, we are ready to help.
