Assembly Sports Club is a great gym! It's clean and modern. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Locker rooms and showers are always clean. There's plenty of equipment, so no one has to wait around. I have referred friends and coworkers to join. Good location, with lots of free parking and easy to get to using the MBTA.

It's in good shape, and very close to my house. But sadly this gym has nothing promotion for military people like other club! Hope one day it becomes a military friendly.

This gym is still under renovation, but it would be great if they had kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands and foam rollers!
