Shirley does an amazing job and takes care of everything beautifully. When you want the job done right, this is definitely the cleaners to go to. We use them for tuxedos, suits, shirts, dresses, pretty much anything we can't do... or don't feel like doing ourselves!
Shirley manages the cleaning expertly from checking in everything accurately, to cleaning, pressing, and repairing, and then is just as wonderful at making sure we are satisfied at the end of the process. I'm cleaned, starched, and pressed for my next event. Thank you!

I honestly believe that this place has good service. I actually live on Smithfield but travel across the bridge everyday to work so it's very convenient for me to drop it off on the way to work and pick it up whenever they say it's ready. Owner is nice and so is the Asian man who seems to always be there. Great service and would recommend this to my friends who commute back and forth to Smithfield.

"I dropped off 2 jackets and a skirt on Tues. April 19, that needed to be ready for an event Sunday, April 24. I was told it would be ready by Friday the 22nd. The receipt also stated Friday as the "ready" date. I stopped in, after work, about 5:15 on Friday to pick up the items--the door was locked. I went back Saturday about 2:00pm--again, the door was locked. Printed on the receipt are the store hours: Mon-Fri: 7 am- 6 pm, Sat: 9 am-3 pm. Sun: close Both times I went, I was there well before the listed closing time. Needless to say, I did not have the items I needed for the event. This cost me time and money, as I had to spend the rest of my Saturday in search of comparable jackets and skirt. I did not have any luck. I was unable to attend the event with my children because of Best Cleaners lack of business ethic. I will never recommend this business to anyone.
