THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!! After making a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a disabled person, they called late afternoon the day before and cancelled. They said they didn't have a driver. When I spoke to the company I was told they were an independent company. I asked if being an independent company mean there not dependable? I could not speak to any manager, general manager, or bosses of any sort. Totally unexceptable and they shouldn't of excepted the reservation. Will NEVER ever use them again and I urge others to do the same. They are VERY unprofessional!!!
