Provided by DexKnowsMy best friend's husband had purchased her a pair of diamond earrings, 1/2 carat, for over $600.00 at Ben Bridge, Kitsap Mall. When one of the diamonds fell out of the earring she was fortunate her co-worker was able to find it. She took the earring and diamond back to Ben Bridge, asked them to repair it - which they did, for several hundred dollars in repair costs. When she picked up her earring and went home to put on the pair of diamonds, she noticed the 'new' earring was of a completely different size and color than the original. She returned to Ben Bridge, the sales woman was apologetic and confirmed to her that what was replaced during the repair was actually a fake diamond. The original was 'no longer available' and she had to leave both earrings with them so they could replace the fake diamond with one matching her original. Later she was called and told they no longer have that 'style' of setting but they were willing to replace her pair of diamond earrings with a brand
