I would like to express my sincere thanks to you for making a very difficult job bearable. The both of you have shown such compassion and professionalism, and kindness. My daughter and I went to several other places looking at the headstones and you certainly are "a cut above" everyone else. I realize this is your business, but there was not the sales pressure, just the kindness showing through. Everyone in the family loves the monument and feels that it truly reflects my Mom and Dad's lives.
