0Dropped my truck off to have the seats done. Seats look great, but truck came back with tail gate damaged, like they lowered it with something on the bumper. It left about five small indentations. When I went to talk to them about it they pulled a hand written paper attached to the invoice copy. They said they did a walk around the truck and identified this dents, scratches on the quarter and a dent in the door. Funny how the least visible and newest dents where the first on the list. If your going to leave your vehicle there I suggest you do a walk around with them and take pics of your vehicle. I'm certain they've used this before.

I think your drivers do a great job when they pick up the container of waste. I would give you a 5 star rating, but one thing could be better. When you change the day for regular pick up, maybe you could send out an e-mail stating the day change. Today on my way to work main of your cotainers were out by the street. When I came home they were still their. Please let your customers know as we do not like to have the waste containers out front by the street if they will not be picked up.
