The owner Hal, is unbelievably rude. From the moment he gets your money he immediately get snappy and disrespectful. I would never in my life recommend anyone to do business with him even if he had the last boat on cross lake.

The man that owns this is very disrespectful. I don't trust this guy as far as I can throw him. I received horrible customer service. Do not give this man your credit card number. The owner is rude.

My girlfriend and I came to ark la tex landing to enjoy ourselves for the day in hopes for a very awesome relaxing day... we arrived there at 4:30pm n at the time he was not home We went ahead to the end of the doc and jumped in the water with his floaties... he arrived while We were in the water on his floats and I just knew We were about to be in some major trouble but too my surprise he walked to the end where We were and asked us if We were enjoying ourselves We started to apologize and he told us not to worry to enjoy ourselves and began conversating with us he is a very nice gentlemen he even let us Ride the jetskis after We done stole his floaties to get in the water and just made ourselves at home on his property We could have got in big trouble but he wasn't that kind of person everybody has a job to do and for the bad review left u can't expect everything go right for u everytime and my advice to u would be to check the fine print before u sign again

This place looked rundown, and the owner seemed rude. When we decided to try somewhere else, the worker there got an attitude...

They charge $65 per hour for Jet-ski rental. That alone should be enough to stay away from this place, but there is more. The place itself is extremely hard to find, and the owner/worker was very unfriendly and rude.
