DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO WOOD'S AUTO REPAIR. I brought my car in for a timing belt and water pump to be replaced. It took them a week to finish the job. The car runs great. However they put a dent in hood, grease on the fabric part of the door and spilled some gross liquid on the rear carpeting the stunk up the whole car. Ok thats bad enough but I cleaned the grease and carpeting. They also broke the head of a bolt off the water pump housing and used silicone to seal the water pump housing. Then i noticed the car leaking coolant. So I brought the car back to them hoping for a $100.00 refund to help defray the cost of having the whole $900.00 job done again correctly. He tells me how does he know that he caused the leak. So I tell him put it on the lift to see if his fault. He tells me that he'll fix the leak but not refund any money. Not trusting to leave my car with these "mechanics" and having more damage to the car that I have to pay for to get fixed. I will bring my car elsewhere and STRONGLY suggest you do the same.

I have taken my cars here a number of times. Every time they are courteous and fix the vehicle promptly. I have never had a problem with them. They have very fair pricing.

DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE. THE OWNER IS DISHONEST!! I purchased the part needed for my car as I was instructed by the previous owner and took my car to Smith Point Auto Repair. They didn't test drive the car prior to working on it and didn't fix the problem. Because I already purchased the part and told them what may be wrong with the car (mind you, I'm not a mechanic) they said I already diagnosed the problem and they didn't have to test drive it or make sure I diagnosed the problem correctly. To make a long story short, they put the part I purchased on the wrong side of the car and told me the other side needed to be done and that I should hurry and bring it back. To top it all off, I never got a receipt for the work done. They took advantage of the fact that I was a female with a baby. Take your car somewhere else where you won't be cheated out of a couple of hundred dollars...especially during these hard times...
