i went in looking for a miele vacuum and shopped the internet for prices and went in and spoke to the store manager robert who was very polite and knowledgeable he gave me all the information on which miele vacuum i needed based on my needs. so i bought my vacuum from them with no regret and would refer everyone to buy from the yellow house vacuum

It was my first time visitng this buisness and they were really helpful and quick. Gary and Justin really helped and did a great job. The job was done in a timely manner. I took my vacuum for repair late in the after noon and it was fix by next day in the morning. I will recomend this place 100% to my family and friends. Great business!!

Gary was super helpful in showing me the pros and cons of the different types of vacuums they have. He didnt push one brand or another and he asked good questions about what kind of vacuum I really need. Service was great and I will be back to buy my new vacuum here.

They do terrible work and charge WA-------AY too much! Buyer beware! Their vacuums are priced hundreds of dollars more than their competitors. Go to another store!!! I would not EVER recommend this place!

My friend my neighbor and myself, were all ripped - off by this Vacuum Shop! The new owner is a total crook!!! Him and his manager are taking advantage of their customers. They think people are stupid and dont know prices of parts. A brush roll on the internet is $19.99, Their price is $$$99.95. A hundred bucks for a $25.00 part? A repair cost my friend with a Hoover Windtunnel $269.95. The price new is $199.99!!! "DO NOT SHOP HERE"!!! "BEWARE"!
