The Shelton Lakes Health Care Center specializes in providing short- and long-term care. The center is a division of Apple Health Care, a health care network with more than 20 locations in Connecticut and Rhode Island. The Shelton Lakes Health Care Center offers private and semiprivate rooms with telephones and cable televisions for residents. It conducts a rehabilitation program through a team of physical, occupational and speech therapists for patients recovering from orthopedic, cardiac and joint replacements surgeries, as well as various injuries. The Shelton Lakes Health Care Center also provides respite, hospice and adult day care services. The center is located in Shelton, Conn.
