      Founded in 1944, Seattle Mortgage Company is one of the oldest, independent mortgage banking companies in the state of Washington. The company offers more than 90 loan products. It provides mortgage financing services through over 25 offices under the Seattle Mortgage, Compass Point Lending, Lakeside Mortgage, Mason Mortgage, Mortgage by Design, Old West Mortgage and Polygon Home Loans brand names in California, Nevada and Utah. In addition, Seattle Mortgage Company s products include reverse mortgage, government-insured, investment property and conventional loans. Its division, Commercial Loan Group, offers a variety of brokerage services to facilitate permanent financing for properties of up to $25 million. The company serves nursing homes and assisted living and storage facilities. Seattle Mortgage Company is a part of Seattle Financial Group, which is a network of financial service companies, including Seattle Insurance Group, Seattle Escrow, Seattle Capital and Seattle Bank.
