worse service i ever had came to my door didnt speak just looked at me . walked by me. as i tried to talk to him said water was in the washer come over here and smell the awful stink its your float he tried to rinse it out then pulled out a new one said oh its cracked then tried to put the dirty one in i said no i paid him his 98 dollars to get rid of him he left my fridge unplugged my water off my fridge part way out dirty towels in the sink dirt on my floor this man really hates women

they were unfortunately dispatched as a warranty service call on my Samsung Washer. First, they completely fluffed the first appt and didn't show. When I called about it - the phone staff was rude and unhelpful. They had already received both an invoice from Albert Lee and the model/serial #s so it should have been CLEAR that they were stackable units, but even so - in the two calls I received before the guy showed up - he didn't ask. So when he shows up -he's shocked that they're stackable, and if I won't help him move them and take them apart - he won't work on them. Inexcusable.
