At Puerto Vallarta Restaurant, we take years of knowledge and experience from our time in the foodservice industry and use it to create our own take on Mexican cuisine, merging it with our take on American style we’ve developed over the years. We love cooking and creating new dishes, and since 1992 we’ve had the pleasure of sharing that passion with the people of the West Seattle Junction.
