The food is good for a buffet. Average price, average quality. The mostly friendly staff should be trained more on costumer service and less on refilling water every 5 minutes. This isn't saying much, but for what its worth, it is the best indian downtown. *sigh*

Authentic Indian Cuisine. Vegetarian and Kosher and Delicious

I am Indian, My name is Ashish Pandey, I am Basically from Mumbai ,india and I regularly have Indian food outside. The tasteful decor, the excellent service, and especially the FOOD make Indian Garden one of my favorite restaurants for a long, conversational lunch or a romantic dinner. The samosas are the best anywhere, and every dish I've ever tried has become my favorite. It might be difficult to choose between the many restaurants on Devon, but Indian Garden stands out for its friendliness, consistency, and quality.

I stopped by Pabla 2 or 3 months ago, and ordered my stand by veggie korma. It was greasie (had runny ghee seperating from the dish). It was grainy. It was not the least bit spicy (when ordering something 'hot' I kind of like some flavour). I gave it another try for their lunch buffet when some co-workers went there. We were all very disapointed. The food had little flavour, most of the vegtables were soggy, and the meats were tough. We left very unsatisfied. I will not be giving this resturant a 3rd try.
