Indigo Mental Health is the private practice of Ismael E. Gerena Jr. and will be adding additional practitioners in the coming months. We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you on your journey toward emotional health and the goals that bring you to us we offer Individual, Relationship, and Family Counseling. The counseling session is often described as creating a container, or a safe space, in which one can explore their emotional needs with the assistance of a knowledgeable guide. It is our mission to provide that container, and to guide our clients toward healing and growth. Indigo mental health exists to serve all humans in need, though we are particularly knowledgeable in the support and encouragement of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender adults who are struggling with issues of sexuality, alienation, relationships and family. We are LGBTQ Affirming, Poly and Link Aware and Body Positive.
