I found this small shop searching the Internet and I could not find any negative comments so send an email to set up an appointment to add serius radio to my truck. Communication was great, they were waiting for me on my appointment date, took them a couple of hours to finish the job and the installation looks great. I would absolutely use this shop again

Where do I begin? Well, first by clicking the little 5-star button. Bill and Ballard Custom Audio are the best additions to the neighborhood in years. I called them on a whim -- my wife and I just purchased a small shuttle bus that we're converting into a kämping-wagen/party bus and I was daunted by the idea of installing a great audio system in there. Bill and Elysha were immediately excited by the project.



Bill worked closely with me to match my budget and my big dreams for the bus. He carefully explained his product choices, and the exact way he was going to setup the system. He scheduled me quickly, just a few days out. And once I rolled the beast into the garage, he was done fast. He discovered some other issues with the bus like my bad rear battery, explained how and why it was negatively affecting the system, then invited me in to help fix it.



When it was all done, the work was pristine -- I've installed a few car audio systems for myself and friends, and unquestionably this was the cleanest, most solid work I've ever seen. AND IT SOUNDS FREAKING AMAZING! Seriously, I just want to hang out and listen to it all day. The equipment choices were just right -- the audio in there is crisp, full, perfectly balanced, and LOUD!



Bill's just a genuine human being, an excellent businessman, and an utterly knowledgable, professional car audio guy. Let me start by saying, I am an avid car guy, and I love my stereo. I just bought my Porsche a few weeks ago, and it needed some audio upgrades. A friend of mine used this shop a few months back, and had a great experience. He is a fellow car fanatic also, so I decided to try this place out. I'll say, I'm very happy. Businesses that take the time to explain all your options, and have the know how to follow through with the commitment, are hard to find. I will be a customer for life.
