Provided by DexKnowsI am a hard working 1 man business and needed a ladder rack and shelving units for my work van. I did a search on the net and Allied showed up as the only business in Seattle with the systems i was looking for. I called them and asked for quotes for ladder racks and shelving units after looking at their website. The gentlemen said he would get back to me within the day. NO CALL BACK. 3 days later i called a second time and they said since it was friday he would try and get back to me that afternoon or first thing monday. a week rolls around and NO CALL BACK. I decide to just run down to their office and see if i could get some attention. The guy helping me was pleasant and very helpful in deciding which shelving system i would need for my type of business. he said it would take him a couple days to get me a quote, we shook hands and off I went. a week goes by and NO CALL BACK. so I call the gentlemen who helped me, he apologized and asked me for my info and then asked me what was it we were looking at. I calmly told him that if he actually was intending on giving me a quote he should have had all the information of what we talked about in his records since i have tried 3 times to get a quote for a ladder rack and shelving units. I am sorry to Say Allied made me feel very inadequate as a customer, they made me feel like they will only cater to big business that wants a whole fleet of vehicles outfitted. If your a 1 man show good luck getting a quote. My recommendation: if your a small business, do some research on what product(s) you want to purchase and then order online through someone else and most online company's have free delivery.
