She also has experience in using food to manage and mitigate autoimmune disease and digestive illnesses. Aimee has been a student of nutrition and disease prevention for most of her life. After a decade of clinical practice, Aimee went back to school to obtain a Master's in Nutrition and Functional Medicine so she would more effectively serve those who came into her care.
