I have seen many different counselors/therapists in the last 20 years as I have lived in various parts of the country. John and Agnes are far superior to anyone I have ever seen. Their passion and dedication to what they do is unparalleled. I initially saw Agnes for individual therapy. She is head and shoulders above anyone else. Her ability to integrate all different types of therapy until she found the one that resonated with me the most was amazing. Most therapists are limited to 1 or 2 types of therapy, but not Agnes. I have sent friends to John; they had a similar very positive experience with him. After awhile, I transitioned over to group therapy. This treatment modality has also been very helpful for me. I get real-time feedback from the other members in the group (and John & Agnes) on what I am saying and how I come across. John and Agnes very effectively guide/help each of us individually while the rest of the group learns about themselves (and each other) in the process.

My social anxiety prevented me from doing a lot of things. This group experience helped me in so many ways. It was safe and gradual enough to help me grow my confidence and skill in interacting well with different types of people, not to mention helping me with my outside relationships and life direction.
