I am a small business Bookkeeper who has been offering Remote Bookkeeping services now for over 8 years. I operate a successful and affordable virtual assistant/bookkeeping company, and have many referrals and references should you require them. I offer the following virtual services: • Full cycle bookkeeping and year end preparation for entrepreneurs and small business owners • Setting up your books on a computer based software (Quickbooks, MYOB, Peachtree, etc.) • Accounts Payable • Accounts Receivable • Bank Reconciliations • Credit Card Reconciliations • Government Remittances • Software training services (Quickbooks, MYOB, Peachtree) • Payroll deduction/Workers Compensation filing & remittance • Organizing your receipts, invoices, etc. and cleaning up your books • Prepare monthly and year end reports for banks and financial institutions • maintain a professional and ongoing relationship with your accountant to ensure accuracy and timely reports • Administrative duties such as: data entry, business letter and document preparation, mail outs, billing, etc. I work out of my home office, and simply ask that you either Fax me your receipts, statements, or have it all scanned and emailed. I have a secure server it can be sent over thus enabling for full security and encryption of confidential information. All your source documents are sent over a secure server, and a completed electronic accounting file in the program of your choice is sent back to you (Quickbooks). I also am able to submit to you scanned printouts and reports as needed within the next few business days (depending on the length of the project). I cover all expenses that are incurred for this process, usually there are none, and as this is slightly more trouble than having a Bookkeeper locally come pick up your papers, I compensate this difference with a wonderful reputation, terrific references, and by offering very affordable rates.
