Dick & his crew get right to the issue and let you know their recommendation. They let me know what I NEED to do and what I SHOULD do to take care of my vehicles. Everything's fine...UNTIL you have a legitimate issue. I have been going to All Automotive for years. On prior occasions, I got great service. Recently, however, after expressing frustration at being kept waiting for over two hours (despite my car being "ready" after 30 minutes), and a failure to even examine one of the issues for which I brought in the car, I was told to get out of the shop and treated like a criminal.
