Started in 1932, Price Chopper is a supermarket chain with over 128 stores spread across six states. Located in Scranton, Pa., the store has several departments, such as pharmacy, custom-cut meat shops, produce, cheese and seafood. Additionally, it features in-store scratch bakeries with artisan breads, sushi offerings, full-service floral/natural/organic products, a kosher store as well as Super Centers. Other products offered include fresh herbs, leafy greens/beets, Nature's Harvest organic ground beef and ground beef patties and Price Chopper fat free cream cheese.
