I bought a 60" TV from Mickey and he provided outstanding service. The business manager Margaret mistakenly overcharged me by several thousand dollars because of a keying error but Mickey Valletta who is the owner rectified the situation and gave me a complimentary waffle maker because of the error. I will be back!!

Towne TV did a great job installing my Samsung 60" inch LED TV over the fireplace. All the wires are hidden and my universal remote works great. I would highly recommend them.

Bought my TV and Blu-Ray from Towne TV. Sales staff was helpful and courteous. Very pleasent experience. Will certainly buy from again.

Had microwave purchased from Towne TV installed by them. After install microwave was unsafe distance from stove (safe distance stamped right on backing plate). Towne TV gave us name of kitchen cabinet installer to shave cabinet above microwave so it would be safe and usable. Cabinet maker quote more than price of microwave. He said he does these all the time for Towne TV installs. Towne TV would not accept responsibility; would not return; or any compensation. Wrote to owner who would not do anything until we filed with Attorney General. Even then he dragged his heels until threatened with further action. The ABSOLUTE WORST!
