Fantastic and professional service. From the secretary to the repair man I was 100% satisfied. After fixing my door, some quirks persisted (having nothing to do with the repair). Ed's people came to address my concerns 2x and were very patient and willing to do whatever was necessary in order for our door to operate as good as new.

My garage door broke over a holiday weekend. I called & left a message on their machine. They called me back to set up an appointment to come out & repair my door. They were on time & did a beautiful job for a reasonable price. I ask them to get me a price for a new door due to my door was the original wooden door & the bottom panels had rotted away from the weather. They sent me a brochure with several choices. Being on a limited income I needed the most economical. Their price was the lowest of the others I received. It was right in my budget. They ordered the new door & called me when it arrived to set up an appointment to have it installed. They came out & installed the door & disposed of the old. They even moved my electric garage door opener to a new location that was better for the new door & also installed a weatherstrip seal around the garage opening to keep out the weather. They were very neat & swept the garage floor. What a professionaI company. I highly recommend them! AAA
