Bolognese. My mushroom pasta came cold and so i simply asked for them to be heated up. However as soon as i asked them to heat it up, my boyfriend twirled his bolognese to see there was a huge disgusting curly hair. Now yes i had just asked the raviolis to be sent back but listen a hair is a hair. I politely asked for the raviolis to be heated up. I was discreet. I then told the waiter very discreetly that there was a hair in the food. The manager KR host not sure who he was came over. Asked what was wrong. I very discreetly said there was a hair in my food. He said let me make you another one. I said no thank you we just want the check. Then the attack ensued. This guy was borderline abusive. It was so bad Im surprised the tables next door didnt chime in. The guy started an onslaught of beratement against me. He insisted i let him make me something new. While a decent gesture. I do not want to eat a new pasta dish when the one we were initially served had a giant hair in it. Sorry. The manger then said then he went to taste the ravioli and it was absolutely fine. I said ok but there was. Hair in the pasta. He said theres hair in the air. At that point i said i will gladly pay for my drinks and appetizer but i want to leave. This guy was speaking over me screaming at me. Ive never seen a man so disrespectful. He was talking down to me in my face and SO AGGRESSIVE IT WAS SCARY. this is the manager with hair to his shoulders so if anyone brave enough to try this resturant. He told me the hair is in the air over and over and Im not letting him make me new food and that i was a troublemaker! Are you kidding me? I offered to pay for my appetizers and drinks. I didnt want a free meal i just didnt want to eat something with a hair served by a very antagonistic aggressive man. This resturant is a disgrace to garth road and Scarsdale. I will be reporting this resturant to the better business bureau and the department of health. Would have been nice to have a good place on garth road but i wouldnt go here if you paid me unless you like someone elses curly hair in your pasta served with a side of aggressive beratement. One of the worst experiences Ive had in my life. Your restaurant should be ASHAMED.
