I contacted this company to sand and refinish about 1000 square feet of oak floors. The owner of this company was a little hard to understand, but the process was fairly painless and strait forward. I shopped around a bit and these guys were priced the best, considering the supposed years of experience. And trust me, I have dealt with inexperienced contractors before and its never pleasant, so I make sure that any company I hire has been around for at least 5 years. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of service and its quality. There are no problems with my floors thus far.
