Poor quality fabric on sofa love seat. We pruchased a sectional sofa set inclusive of the extended warranty. After a short period the material started peeling on the loveseat back. J&J did make it right by repairing it. About 4 years into it, the rest of loveseat started peeling. April Johnson, from J&J, informed me manufacturer, Southern Motion, will not repair because of the duration (now 4 years 2 months) and they no longer use that type of material because they were having problems with it peeling. I would expect when purchasing a USA made sofa sectional, i would get at least 8-10 years or longer, not 4 years. The loveseat isn't fit for a dog house, much less my living room...

Their delivery driver stole my jewelry. All of it. Then J&J refused to even investigate it. His name is Omar Brown. This stuff is irreplaceable.

Worst customer service. They will totally kiss up to you until they get your down payment. After that you get a run around about receiving your furniture. They won't call you and give you any updates on it. Then they keep giving you different dates for it to arrive. We spent 3000 dollars and have been given 3 different delivery dates so far. Their trick is no refunds on special orders. This family will not ever shop here again.
