I liked Michael's approach to a holistic lifestyle. He knows a variety of massage techniques and was able to help me relieve the pain in my lower back and also in my right knee. He also gave me a good description of how good nutrition was essential to the cells of my body, and I felt more empowered to live a more healthy lifestyle.
