My house burned down in the Valley Fire, and although my safe survived, I could not open it. The men at Economy Lock and Key worked on it for several hours, opened it, and did not charge me. I am very grateful for their kindness and generosity. I would highly recommend this business.

Awesome service at a very fair price! Turns out they are contracted with AAA and after I had lost my keys to my car the folks at Economy asked if I had AAA and to give them a call to receive a discount. Within the hour Economy was dispatched to my car and had keys made in roughly a half hour. I was impressed by the technician's professionalism and I will them again in the future, but hopefully for other locksmith needs and not for losing my keys! Oh, and I made sure I got more copies as having only one key is begging for disaster as it did.

Oh my God-- I just recently had the misfortune of being locked out of my house with no spare after getting off work at 8:30 P.M.(With My Kid inside Sleeping like a ROCK with my only Master Key)

After a call to a friend, I was put in touch with Ed at Economy Lock and Key. Even after getting interrupted watching American Idol, Ed came from Windsor to Southwest S.R.ultimately, in what we called "Record Time" -A Far less shorter time of 25 minutes that he quoted me over the phone. Ed SAVED my Life/ Night. He had me inside my home in less than 5 minutes even with one lock being stubborn! He even flexed on the price of the original quote over the phone. Excellent Service !!!!

Unbelieveable Service!!! Short story.... i lost my keys at the beach and a friend told me to call Economy lock. When i called them, the lady who answered the phone asked if I had AAA (which i just so happen to have), it would save me money. AAA sent out a service truck and it was Economy lock. I was suprised with the quick and efficient service that they offered. I now have 3 copies of my car keys.

Yep, they were great. And I lock my keys in my car a LOT, so I would know.

Locked BOTH sets of keys in my car on as I was leaving for work. Called Economy at 8:45. The very efficent and helpful woman who answered the phone, on the second ring, told me about using my AAA card. Called AAA at 8:50. Economy locksmith knocked on my door at 9:15 - AWESOME! The car door was unlocked at 9:25 - FAST! This was a great experience and while I hope I don't have the need for a locksmith again soon...when I do, I'm calling Economy Lock & Key back!!!
