when our dad had a work accident, with head trauma, he was called to ER and looked at our dad for maybe 5min then walked out and said call your family members and a priest he has less than 5% of surviving the next few hrs, but that way and attitude he said it was like he was bothered to have been called out to the Er, " like really you got me out of bed for this" type attitude. Totally not professional. I would steer clear. While this happened in March 2010 our dad went on to live for almost 4 more yrs.
