Went to Jiffy Lube this morning to get the car inspected. Great job and fast. The worker met me and explained what would take place, guided me to the waiting room and told me about the coffee and approximate waiting time. Excellent. Only problem is when I went to the web site on the card they gave me about Heartland Automotive Services stating "We want to hear about your Jiffy Lube experience there is either no place on that web site or to hard to fine to express my views about the service I received here in Georgetown Texas. Just want to let them know it was a real professional experience. I will be back. Thank you, Tom Jenkins
