      Cypress is cooking up traditional, Cajun cuisine with a fresh twist. The menu specializes in Southern home-style, tapas offerings. From Memphis BBQ to Crawfish Etouffee, Chef Damon manages to bring his dishes to life. Half of our menu is prepared with vegetarians in mind; the other half is dedicated to carnivores, spice lovers and fried food junkies. After 10pm, Cypress transforms into the hottest venue in Santa Cruz bringing you the best in live music from local and national acts. Our lineup is an eclectic mix of DJ's, rock bands, blues acts, jazz trios, world music and dancing.
