The gentleman that assisted me was very helpful, knowledgeable and fair with pricing. They had the exact part I needed that I was struggling to find. I purchased the fan assembly (whole thing) with the warranty ....my part would work or they would replace it...that over 2 weeks ago! Of course the part did not work, I have called this place several times being reassured that my part would be in STILL NO PART! Today I called again, 1st the guy said he tried to call me...BS and then he says he got the wrong part in, now he doesn't know when he will have my part! BUYER BEWARE! They WON"T REFUND MY $ AND STILL DON'T HAVE MY DAMN PART!
