We contracted with Natural Energy to install solar electric at our home. It is a relatively large 10KW system. They were very helpful and the system was installed on schedule and worked as expected. We have had no trouble with the system but it has only been in for about 3 months. They helped with sizing the system, arranging loan contacts and with the rebate paperwork. The installation could have been left a little cleaner when they were done, but overall, a good job.

Our neighbors recommended natural energy to us 3 years when we first starting looking around at solar electric. natural energy advised us not to get solar because the payback would be too long. we appreciated their honesty. This past summer we installed a pool and natural energy was our only choice solar. They installed it right away and it heats the pool perfectly.

After some research we chose this company to install our panels and it was the worst mistake we have made. Everyone there very unprofessional. From the day we signed to the day our solars were working it took almost 6 months. We were told it would take a couple of weeks. The blue prints were wrong, the panels were not the right type for our roof, I could go on and on about all of the mistakes that were made and the excuses that I received. I would definately not recommend this solar company to anyone!!!
