This is the second purchase from the store and we are very happy with our new couch. It was an easy and pleasurable experience working with our salesperson.

Everyone at the San Marcos store was helpful and kept me informed of the status of my order. Also the delivery was well worth the extra as they driver did a great job in setting up the Bedroom furniture.

Great customer service, product delivered in perfect condition

The salesperson was professional and came out to my house to help with selecting pieces. I am very happy with the style and quality of the table and chairs that I purchased. I was a little disappointed about the color of the table top (which I expressed concern about before the final decision) and never received follow up about options to change it. I will shop at Bassett again.

I have had some complications with my order due to delivery time. The team has been working hard to assist me during the time that my order is delayed. Kim has been great and has been very professional to work with.

As far as the showroom and staff I am highly satisfied with my shopping experience. I also very satisfied with the delivery team. I was not, however, happy with the person sent to look at some damage to my table.

I haven't been pleased with the custom upholstery that was purchased for my couch and two chairs. The Bassett store is currently in the process of re mediating the problem. Hopefully, the matter will be taken care of soon. The wood pieces we ordered are very nice, and delivery of all items was very smooth and efficient.
