I'll add the 2016 update to this place. Went there with my girlfriend. Won't be going back, with anybody. I've never wanted to leave a place so quickly after sitting down. The place just feels like it's going after a clientele that it doesn't know how to please. It's like a bookstore run by people who can't read, or a music store run by people who have no ear for music. This place seems to be run by people who have no idea how to cook, be nice to customers, or keep the stupid TV down so you can hear the person across from you. Just clueless. Ok, now for the food. Doesn't Safeway have sandwiches and grilled chicken too? Go there instead. It will be tastier and cost less and you won't be disappointed more than you'll be by this place... Had the Lemon Chicken and almost barfed. Girlfriend had spaghetti with "meat" sauce. Yikes. Better food at a record store. I'll leave next year's review to someone else unlucky enough to step into this place...

To whom it may concern at Flames Eatery & Bar:



I would have to say today that my friend and I had the worst lunch experience at your establishment.



We arrived today around 12:06pm. We were seated right away by our host but our server passed us by several times saying I will be with you in a moment. From what we observed she was the only server working our side. She finally arrived to take our order at 12:25pm. We asked her what could be made quickly because we now had 20 mins left on our lunch hour.



I ordered a BLT and my friend ordered a Greek Gyro in hopes that would take less time.



When our order came our server plopped it down on the table and immediately rushed away. I would have to say that spoke volumes on how quickly she was done with us. We tried to get her attention before she left and I had to speak rather loudly because she was no longer being attentive.



I can understand her distractions, she had several diners on the floor and she was the only one covering the floor.



However, I have to say this was one of the worst lunch experience I've had. I wasted time and spent money to have this kind of service. No thank you. My friend and I are taking our business elsewhere.

TERRIBLE! Worst service I've EVER experienced from a passive-aggressive, incompetent, and downright RUDE waiter. Awful food at double the price but about the same quality as a Denny's. Random pieces of garbage on the food and crusted onto the dishes.



NO THANK YOU. NEVER AGAIN.
