The SPS facility at the San Pablo Dam Road location is always clean and the staff is alway helpful if there are any concerns I may have. I have been using this company for over 10 years and have had no problems. They, SPS, make a point to let the clients know way ahead of time if there will be any type of maintenance work that will their storage area if they plan on coming a certain day. I have had my treasured belongings in the care of Security Storage for some time now. I can always reach a representative if I have concerns (that's huge to me) and when I visit my storage, the security and office staff are always there to help me with any concerns.
