west coast steam clean is by far the professionals you would want showing up at your front door to clean your carpets! i personally like to always invite a lot of company over to my house and inevitably my carpets that i spent so much money on went to Sh$T (excuse my language :). in my head i just lost a carpet i had put thousands of dollars down to buy and install. with the thought of having to put down all that money for a new one lingering in my head i knew there had to be another option to get out those strong ugly stains outta my carpet. i looked around until i came across west cost steam clean. when these well presented professionals showed up i had this feeling i was in good hands and i was! when these guys left not only did i get my moneys worth and the stains out the carpet there was a smile to go with it... we all know a smile can go a long ways...

And they go easy on the wallet too. I have had so many occasions where some cleaning company showed up with old equipment, did a real crappy job, and then added all sorts of ridiculous charges to the estimate I was originally given. West Coast Steam Clean did not do that, and they actually earn their pay. They have been a refreshing change to the companies I have used in the past. These guys rock. Thanks again.

I know that when I use West Coast Steam Clean in San Diego, I can be sure that I will be dealing with responsible, efficient, pleasant and hardworking individuals. And, the work they do is great - better than anywhere else I have used carpet cleaning services - that's saying a lot as I have a residence in New York as well, but have never found a company that offers as good a service as West Coast Steam Clean in San Diego...life would be cleaner :) if I could transport them to the East Coast! My carpets look great, and the stains are gone...they saved me from having to replace the carpets and all that added expense - thanks.

I recently moved to San Diego and needed to hire someone to clean the upholstery on my couches and ottoman. During the move the cushions were stained had an odor from the truck they were transported in. I called around for quotes and it was difficult to get a straight answer. I called West Coast Steam Clean and Raymond answered all of my questions and was very informative of the cleaning process and solvents that would be used. I was worried it would fade the color or scratch the material but he explained that i had nothing to worry about. Anyhow, the team was able to come the same day and completed the job in under an hour. Once it dried, I could see and smell such a difference in my couches and I was pleased that they honored the original price. Raymond and Sam were very professional and provided an excellent service. West coast steam clean is by far the best company I have yet to find for carpet cleaning in San Diego. They were quick to respond, we're faily priced and did an amazing job cleaning up up after my dog had a accident on my brand new carpets. Stain + smell = gone. Will definitely use againn.
