VanBerg Construction, Inc is a residential remodeling company established in 1988 and is owned by cousins Jeff and Robert Jertberg. From the beginning of establishing their business, Jeff and Robert recognized that the standard practices within the remodeling industry were sorely lacking and created many remodeling nightmare stories and unhappy, dissatisfied clients. Jeff and Robert also felt that many of the industry practices were unfair to the homeowners who were interested in remodeling their homes. From their viewpoint, providing a quality building product is the easier part of the job. Creating a positive, comfortable and low-stress experience for each client is the real challenge of remodeling. In order to provide a consistently excellent experience to their clients, Jeff and Robert developed a system for selling and managing their projects which includes, among other things, strong partnerships with designers and architects ; a thorough and complete set of written project specifications ; open, consistent and documented communication ; clean, secure and safe work environments ; committed and content employees and subcontractors ; fair pricing and completion of projects on time and on budget. Through the application of our system for remodeling, VanBerg Construction, Inc has shown steady growth and a lengthy list of extremely satisfied clients.
