No bacteria grows in honey so it keeps the bee pollen fresh. No need for refrigeration. The enzymes in the honey break down the pollen to make it more readily digestible. It is absolutely delicious. We have three flavors: Ambrosia, Cinnamon Ambrosia and Spicy Ginger Ambrosia.
