      SD Prototypes Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. was established in 2003 as a Wire Electric Discharge Machining job shop. We have well over 20 years machining experience and specialize in prototyping, short run jobs and do a lot of second ops for other machine shops. We have the knowledge and experience needed and have performed work for many different manufacturing fields. We have built a reputation for quality work, fast delivery and fair prices with majority of our customers beening referred to us by other satisfied customers. With Wire EDM we can cut very intricate, close tolerance shapes that may be hard or even impossible to machine using conventional machining methods. Another advantage is the ability to machine harder materials such as carbide and heat treated steels.
