We bought a "yesterday, today and tomorrow" or " past, present, future" ring from Victor. The ring usually has three stones. We had two of the stones already. The middle stone was larger than the other, so Victor found a perfect match. The ring was gorgeous but there was only one prong on the ouside diamonds and it broke a week later. The diamond was never found. It was just a freak break. Victor researched it and manufactured a ring with 4 prongs on each of the diamonds. Best of all, he replaced the lost diamond. We will never work with any other jeweler because he is so professional and responsible and a real pleasure to do business with. When you're in his shop you feel like you are his only customer.
