WORST EVER!!..fish tastes like plastic.. now im SICK throwing up and have the worst food poisoning ever.. DO NOT get the fish tacos.. especially the grilled one .. It was burnt.. how the hell do you burn a fish taco??? OH YEA >> AND I ONLY TOOOK ONE BITE!!! i wish i can only put half or quarted stars.

I've going to this place since I was a kid, unfortunately it recently had a change of ownership but the food is still delicious. My favorite meal is the shrimp ceviche tostadas & the rice. I'm guessing its the same cook of the business stayed in the family because the food tastes the same although some thing have change the appearance of the place & the menus but other than that this place is the best in my book! Its right across the street from the trolley station but yet it still not noisy in there. The only issue there is the parking, its in the back & it is very limited. I take my family & friends there often! Its a little whole in the wall but its small restaurants like these that have the best food! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My family and I have been going to Cesar's for about 15 plus years this is the BEST seafood soups and cocktails and it is always consistant.
