Our mission is to provide San Diego County with both competitive and recreational flag football leagues for individuals and teams who want to experience and enjoy the true passion of the sport of flag football. Our 6-on-6 adult flag football leagues allow players 18 & up the opportunity to experience an elite sports organization with the focus being on the players. With online team and game statistics, experienced officials, exciting playoffs and all-star games, county championships, championship team awards and apparel, FAS strives to create the ultimate flag football league experience.

Flight Action Sports, LLC (FAS) is San Diego County and the Inland Empire's premier 6-on-6 adult flag football league. We currently offer flag football leagues at multiple locations and with several opportunities for competitive year-round play. Our leagues are also offered for all types of skill levels; whether you are a competitive athlete or simply want to join as a recreational sporting activity. With FAS, you can sign up as a team or as a free agent. With all that we offer, FAS provides the opportunity for players and teams to experience a premier flag football league at new heights and at their own level. Flight Action Sports also provides: * Year-Round leagues starting in January/May/September *10 regular season games with pre and post-season play * Exciting location playoffs for the top four teams in each divsion * Online player and team statistics * State-of-the-art message board called the FAS Forum * County championships & ll-star games * Championship team trophies, medals and apparel * Team or Free Agent sign ups * Run plays
