terrible experience

i ordered a grilled chicken salad and got a garden salad @ the grilled chicken salad price. i took it home to eat and found this error then it is to far to drive back. this was on wed. mar 12th. i also found some black plastic in the salad along with very old lettuce that was brown on the bottom, lettuce that at home i would throw out. needless to say i think i will stick with carls jr. when i tried to call comment number all i got was a fax. it would help if i could have spoken to a person about this. i have always liked burger king but the last few times there there is some kind of mix up with the order but it was tolerable.
